1. No Refund Policy All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been confirmed and processed, except in cases where the item delivered is incorrect or damaged.
2. Eligibility for Returns (Exceptions Only) Returns are only accepted if: You received the wrong item, or The item arrived damaged To be eligible: You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery The item must be unused and in original condition All packaging must be intact.
3. Return Process To initiate a return:

- Provide clear photos/videos of the item
- Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours If approved, return instructions will be provided.
4. Replacement Policy Approved returns will be eligible for: Item replacement (same item or similar value) We do not guarantee cash refunds. In most cases, replacements will be issued.
5. Non-Returnable Items The following are not eligible for return: Items that have been worn or used Items without original packaging Items reported after 24 hours of delivery
6. Shipping Costs Return shipping costs may be covered or shared depending on the situation Original delivery fees are non-refundable
7. Order Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, orders are considered processed and cannot be cancelled.
